Deliveries

If you place an order with us before 2pm (weekdays), your order will be dispatched the same day via Royal Mail or APC. Any orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.

For small orders 0-2kg are sent by Royal Mail 48 free of charge.

All other orders go by APC Next Day Delivery free of charge.

For orders under £35.00, if you are out APC have authority to leave this item safely at your property.

For any orders delivered on a pallet, if you are not in for the first delivery attempt, there will be an extra charge for re-attempted delivery for you to pay before this will be reattempted.

We do not post to all of the Mainland UK, the following postcodes do have extra charges, please contact us regarding these before ordering.

Returns

We are confident that you will be happy with your order. However in the unlikely event that you have an incorrect, faulty or unwanted order please contact us.

Returns and refunds can only be processed for items purchased

Incorrect and Faulty Items

Please contact us as soon as possible regarding an incorrect or faulty item. In the event that you have received an incorrect or  faulty item, please send us an image of the item in the state you had received it. 

We will collect the incorrect/faulty item, issue a full refund including original delivery cost (where applicable), or issue a replacement.

Unwanted Goods

Please inform us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date of receipt. Please return the goods to us within 28 days of receipt. We can arrange a refund for you, however products must be returned in the original state.

Definitions

In these terms and conditions ‘The Seller’ IVISONS COUNTRY STORES , and ‘The Buyer’ means the purchaser of goods from ‘The Seller’ under these terms and conditions. ‘The Website’ means ivisons.com and its content.

Prices

Prices and special offers are correct at the time of goods being displayed on The Website but are subject to alteration without prior notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT  delivery costs by weight.

Ordering errors

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point on which you click on “submit” during the ordering process.

Payment

Payment must be made prior to dispatch of all goods.

Returned goods

If goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected, a returns authorisation must be requested. The reference number issued by The Seller in relation to the returns authorisation must be quoted on all accompanying documentation. Goods must be returned within seven days of receipt, unused, in perfect condition and sent back in their original packaging. Carriage for alternative items to be paid by The Buyer.

The Seller accepts no responsibility for lost parcels without receipt of postage.

Goods returned damaged as a result of poor packaging on the part of The Buyer will not entitle The Buyer to a full credit. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Items which are damaged or faulty can be returned for a refund or exchange. Any costs spent by the buyer in sending the item back will be refunded by their original payment method.

Shortages and damages

Title in any goods or products ordered will pass to you once payment has been made in full. Goods and products will not be charged for, until they become ready for despatch. Goods or products that make up your order may be sent in installments.

Goods will be dispatched to the address given during the order confirmation process that you complete.

Delivery

The Seller’s policy is to dispatch goods within 24 hours of receipt of payment, however this can vary depending on stock availability. Times quoted are in good faith, but shall not be binding. The Seller can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated depending upon the quantity, size and weight of your order.

Special delivery charges can be quoted upon request.

Overseas orders

We do not ship outside of mainland UK.

Cancellations

Prior to dispatch, non-standard items and special order items cannot be cancelled.

Orders cannot be cancelled once the goods have been dispatched.

General

Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used only for their intended purpose. The Seller will accept no responsibility for training on untrained personnel without qualified supervision using or misusing goods and equipment supplied by The Seller.

All offers on The Website are subject to stock availability and The Seller reserves the right to restrict or refuse any order at any time.

We take special care to show correct sizes and specifications and such descriptions and specifications, whilst given as a guide and in good faith, are subject to alteration by The Seller without notice.

All colours are as near as can be displayed on a computer monitor.

Stock is allocated on a ‘first-come-first-served’ basis once your order reaches our main server. The Seller does not guarantee the availability of any item based on the stock figures shown.

Guarantee

All items are guaranteed according to the manufacturer’s warranty.
